FAQ
How long does it take for you to make my jewelry piece?
FAST PROCESSING! I pride myself on processing orders quickly without compromising quality. Most other custom jewelry shops take 2-3 WEEKS to process whereas I PERSONALLY make your order in my studio and ship it out within only 3-5 DAYS.
Depending on the listing and amount of items it may take longer but generally I try to get orders done within 3 days.

What is the difference between Gold Filled and Gold Plating?
Gold Filled jewelry is regulated and legally required to contain 5% solid gold by weight. Gold filled looks, wears, and typically lasts a lifetime, just like solid gold. It contains roughly 100 times more gold than gold plated jewelry.
Gold Plating is unregulated and on most plated jewelry it is so thin that it can be rubbed off with a coarse pencil eraser. Gold plated jewelry does not stand up to heat, water or wear over time. It often flakes and tarnishes.
Gold filled jewelry sold in my shop is made of high quality 14K gold. This ensures your jewelry keepsake will be with you forever.

How do I care for my jewelry?
Try to protect any jewelry from scratches, sharp blows, harsh chemicals, extreme temperatures and sunlight. As with all jewelry it can be scratched and dented from wear and tear.
Store jewelry separately so it doesn't scratch other jewelry.
When doing household tasks such as cleaning be certain to remove rings.
Put your jewelry on after washing and applying any makeup/hair products.
Never wear jewelry while swimming in a swimming pool. The chlorine can cause damage to various metals.
Avoid contact with water, perfumes, lotions, and anything oil-based as these can tarnish the metal.
If the metal and engraving become dull you can polish the jewelry with an anti-tarnish cloth such as a Sunshine Polishing Cloth.
