Return Policy
I gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations except for:
- Custom or Personalized Orders
Due to the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns or exchanges. If item is damaged or defective I will replace it for the exact same item.
Cancellations
You may request an order cancellation before an order has shipped.
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
